Deposits & cancellations
From time to time, life throws something our way which means we need to cancel.
If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment, your full deposit will be returned to you, or we can rearrange for another time, and I'll hold your deposit for your new appointment.
Deposit
I take a 50% deposit upon booking. Your appointment slot is only confirmed once I receive your deposit.
Cancelling within 48 hours
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
Cancelling within 4 hours
If you cancel within four hours, or do not show up for your appointment the full appointment charge is applicable.
