Your personal information will be kept as long as is necessary for your interaction with Nurture Holistic Therapies.

Holistic Therapy Consultations

For holistic therapy consultations and related client records, your personal information may also include relevant health and holistic related information.
Your personal information is recorded on paper based records are kept in a secure manner in a locked filing cabinet and will be kept for 7 years after you last appointment, or for minors, 7 years after their 18th birthday.

Events, Workshops and Training Courses

For events, workshops and training courses your personal information will be used to manage your attendance at the event and may include:

  • Name, address, email, phone number
  • Date of birth, gender
  • Health, medical conditions and medication
  • Next of kin contact details
  • Dietary requirements where catering is involved
  • Previous qualifications and organisations which you may belong to
  • The opportunity to opt in to email offers, newsletters and updates

These paper based records are kept in a secure manner in a locked filing cabinet and will be kept for upto 7 years after you last attendance, or for minors, 7 years after their 18th birthday.

Third Parties Who Your Personal Information May Be Shared With

For students enquiring and attending Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT) accredited training courses, your personal information will be shared with Fusion Hair and Beauty Training School for the purpose of enrolment, payment, verification and certification.

Your ABT course related personal information may be requested by ABT as the accrediting body.

For students enquiring and attending Touch for Health training courses, your personal information will be shared with the International Kinesiology College (IKC) for the purpose of enrolment, verification and certification.

Transfer of Personal Information outside the UK

If you are a student with us, and wish to gain an IKC Certificate, your name, address, email and telephone number are required by the International Kinesiology College (IKC) for us to process this request. We do everything reasonable to ensure your personal information is treated in accordance with this privacy policy.

Information Which May be of Interest to You

You will be given the opportunity to opt into mailing lists and sent information which Nurture Holistic Therapies believes to be of interest to you. This may include offers, updates events or news related to holistic health and well-being.
You can opt in by indicating this on consultation forms, evaluation forms at events, training course and talks.
